Tumbleweeds, located in Statesboro, Georgia, was conceived in 2007 by Carol Lind Bryan.  Carol Lind was traveling around the country to horseshows with her daughter, Sara, who competes in the hunter/jumpers.  Living in a small town, Carol Lind couldn’t always find the trendy items she saw on the road, so she decided to open her own boutique and tack shop, offering select clothing and accessories designed to appeal to stylish women of all ages.  The boutique opened in March 2008, located at Carol Lind and her husband’s state-of-the-art equestrian facility, Mill Creek Ponies.

Tumbleweeds proves that uptown style can be found in out-of-the-way places, and that women who live in rural areas don’t have to travel to metropolitan cities to find hip and contemporary apparel.  Carol Lind knows that just because someone doesn’t live in New York or L.A.  doesn’t mean that they don’t want to dress fashionably.  She takes time to select only the most unique and flattering merchandise.
